PERSONAL TRAINING

Option 1. Fitness One on One. This can be conducted in home or an alternate location (preferably outdoors at a park)

  • Work with you to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • Basic hands on training sessions.
  • Trainer meets with client and directs a 30 minute workout
  • Full access to Cardio –Kickin classes

    $65 per session / monthly rates available

Option 2. Assisted Fitness. If client has an existing membership with local fitness club that they would like to utilize.

  • Work with you to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • Provide training routines including diagrams, directions and usage of equipment available in your gym.
  • Educate you on proper technique and directions enabling you to get the most from your training.
  • Meet with you twice per month to evaluate your progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • We will be in contact with you at least once per week to review your training sessions.
  • We are available for questions or consultations on as needed.
  • Full access to Cardio – Kickin classes.

    $65 per session/ group or monthly rates available

Option 3. Personalized On-Line Program/ Fitness Counseling.

  • Work with you via phone and email (email usually works best) to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • Provide training routines including diagrams, directions and usage of equipment available in your gym.
  • Discuss and educate you on proper technique and directions enabling you to get the most from your training.
  • Be in contact with you at least once per week to review your training sessions.
  • We are available for questions or consultations on as needed basis

    $125 1 month $275 3 months

For best results, you should participate in some form of exercise
at least 3 days per week.

Fitness packages can be tailored to meet your financial and fitness goals.
